We check image suitability and crop. You approve the specification, final price and expected completion date.
Pay & produce
Once payment is received, we prepare, print, finish and quality-check your order.
Arrange collection
We let you know when it is ready and agree a collection time. The location is shared privately.

Resolution, cropping and obvious quality risks are assessed before production. If an image needs a different size or file, we explain your options.

You approve the product, size, finish, crop and final price. Production starts only after approval and payment.

Targets are 3–5 working days for photo and fine-art prints, and 5–7 for canvas and framed work, from approval and cleared payment.
